For this reason, the BoD has adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model aimed at preventing the commission of the crimes expressly provided for in Legislative Decree 231/2001 and related regulations. We have also established a special Supervisory Board to oversee the operation of this Model. Our Corporate Code of Ethics, available for download below, is a fundamental component of this Model.
